Pogo Bridge

Spoke to EA rep earlier today between 4:15-5:15 pm CST.  Explained problem of having adv/intermissions after each hand of Pogo Bridge.  He said I needed to get a Screen Shot of what I was seeing during the Intermission since I'm a paying member, non-members are seeing an adv.  I see a blank colored screen with seconds ticking down.  I have taken the Screen Shot while I was in game.  Need to get it to someone.  Who?  I sent it email by address rec'd from Survey.  Don't send me another Survey until you have fixed this problem(s)!.  I AM NOT SATISFIED AS MANY OTHER MEMBERS, BUT I'M PERSISTENT.  PLEASE SEND ME THE NAME OF THE CEO/PRESIDENT OF EA SPORTS, I WOULD LIKE TO RIGHT THAT PERSON A PERSONAL LETTER.  POGO'S HOME PAGE, SPECIFICALLY, SAYS BECOME A MEMBER OF POGO, NO ADS DURING GAMES! How can I select a location when Bridge is not listed...chose Battlefield Bad Company 2 for obvious reasons.  Would someone please respond?
