Ok after disabling the Page file .. yeah yeah i know shouldnt do that whatever ...
anyway disabling actually gives me a chance to do **bleep** before the system goes into total melt down.. and today i managed to get an interesting screen shot.. as my memory usage hit 94% of my 16Gig

not sure if it helps any1.. but it clearly shows the game trying to allocate resources for some 2d textures...
thats not a memory leak thats a PCIe error where it is not reading your GPU properly
it is saying your GPU has no memory. usually bad driver instal or bad hardware.
install and uninstall AMD with CIM dont used DDU

I reinstalled my gpu drivers and so far everything works as intented. I hope this was no coincidence.
No stuttering, ram usuage is still pretty high, but far away from over 90% and when I quit the game I get my ram "back".
How can gpu drivers cause such a problem?

i think its more of a problem with using a public browser for a game interface... they could have done it same way with no browsers... the game updates to battlelog player infos, stats etc. as you are playing... plus forum post etc. all update in the background of gameplaying...
thats alot of ways to leak memory
get rid of Battlelog on Browsers, and just code a browser into the game its not that hard for a big corporation like EA
