As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.

First of all the the 710m is slower than the 8800GT that is the graphics card mentioned in the minimum system requirements.

Secondly, having your pc on autoupdate only updates Windows, you still need to seperatly make sure that drivers and firmware is updated for your graphics card, soundcard, network card, chipset and misc. peripherals
i got it fixed now what i needed to do was updating driver and set my resolution lower now i can run it smoothly on low grapichs (game looks still epic)
