As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.
Battlefield 4 Fall Patch is live now.
Also Catalyst 14.9 is out too, hope one of these will help us.

sorry for lated reply, the patch and CCC 14.9 still won't fix the memory leak ☹️
I think we'll never see the fix!
AMD 14.9 drivers and lastest BF4 update no improvement. In fact, game crashes on second map everytime now.
Also just upgraded to Windows 10 with the AMD 14.9 drivers and it also crashes. Didn't really expect Windows 10 to be any different though.
Just adding my 2 angry cents that I have had the issue since release. Previously I could run in x86 mode, but that changed after one of the patches at the end of 2013... Wow. 2013. It's almost 2015 and this is still a problem that EA and AMD both know about. Crazy.
Anyway, just reinstalled today after uninstalling 3 months ago. Played 2 rounds and right now I'm sitting at 11.8 GB of NonPaged Pool memory. So I have to reboot before doing anything else.
I guess I'll but an nVidia card and never purchase anything made by DICE ever again.
