    As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.

I got fed up and decided to reinstall windows 7. I played all day yesterday and didn't run into the memory leak problem.. however today I am now Crashing repeatedly. The game freezes (with no sound looping) and I am forced to task manager it out just to get a box that says the game has stopped working. Windows 8.1 is terrible guys.. if there's any way you are able to go to 7 then do it!
