Professional syndicate won't unlock

I am having same problem with the weapons part. I have all of them purchased but its not checked off.

Please purchase the following weapons/gadgets during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!
