PS4 Battlefield 4: CE-34878-0 Error: Cannot play the game at all!

For anyone who is getting this error, please post it here.  I am also getting the CE-34878-0 error as soon as the Main Menu pops up.  I literally have no time to do anything as it instantly kicks me ...

After updating BF4 the game will start and get to the main menu for about 5 seconds then say an error has accrued and crash

New error.

Your save files are curropt and could not be read by the game.
Ugh I was nearly almost done with the game...
