Purchased BF4 on steam but it's not showing up in my EA library

i bought BF4 last night and when i tried to launch it EA said "I don't have access". I checked that my steam was linked correctly, done EA app recovery and validated the game files on steam. Nothing ...

Exact same problem. Also tried a lot of options but nothing helped. Idk what to do and considering just refund it back
