Mine says English/French directly on the back. I purchased it in Canada so was expecting a bilingual version just not all Spanish menus. But yeah it sucks that we can't pick from a variety of languages I know they are trying to prevent people from buying cheaper out of market but it's a bad policy to inflict on the players.
