How to contact them as from ticket , email or chat its this possible instead of calling them ?

Live-SupportI do i ticket nr 85313321 i choose Origin Lack of Content. here https://help.ea.com/pl/ but we have a weekend so i guess i need to wait bit longer.
(its odd that this site is somehow seprate from faq and other ea anserws thats why i have trouble to find it)
I write more when they respond to meOk i use the chat to make it faster, sadly they say i have only BF4 Premium service
(not sure about that , as he have issues to specifity thats are two versions of it , and there was mention that base game was add to the premium later on. so even if there was 2 diffrent versions of premium there are one now)
and the support delete that i use trial version so i can buy the base game now.
Bit sad that i don't have that base game but still good it fixed.
