No,you will not get discount even if you already get China Rising DLC on your pre-order.
Premium member has priority over non-premium member in terms of getting the DLC early,for eg,Premium member can download China Rising DLC on 3 DEC,non-premium members need to wait for 2 more wk ,then they can get it.
Early access to all five expansion packs: Future content is on the way. Own each expansions and gain access to them two full weeks before the rest of the pack.
12 bonus Battlepacks: Scoop up an assortment of in-game items including camos, dog tags, knives, gun attachments and XP boosts to give you an added edge on the battlefield.
Priority position in server queues: Get into the action faster. Premium Members fight first.
