Do you have any solutions for the HDR issues in your other games?
- Pointi19783 years agoRising Veteran
My games usually only have a problem in turning it ON.
Your problem is you can't switch it OFF, so no I guess ☹️
Does it work in other games for you? I mean turning HDR on or off as you like?
Maybe its more of a problem with your specific configuration (your Monitor) so maybe you tell us what Monitor you have, maybe someone has the same one.
I'm gonna try using an HDMI connection vs Display Port.
This is the only game where I've had any HDR issues.
Thanks!

- @EA_Atic thx for reaching out! Unfortunately it didn't work and the game is unplayable for me because the HDR levels are cranked and locked.
I don't really have any other solutions I can test. - EA_Atic3 years ago

- @EA_Atic Sure have. BF1 automatically turns HDR on and keeps it on even when it's off on the monitor.
It's a bug for sure, just not sure if there's any fix. - Insanity86753 months agoNew Novice
I have the same issue. Did anyone find a fix?

Had the same issue for a while now, while I didn't find a permanent fix I found that going into game settings and switching HDR from OFF to Auto and then back to OFF did the trick. Make sure you back out of settings after each switch for it to apply. Hope this helps!

To update, I found that switching the game from fullscreen to borderless fixes this issue. I believe this bug was introduced after the BF1 anti-cheat update. I also noticed that I am getting less FPS since the update.
