I've got the same problem although for me I got every on screen promt saying I unlocked a specific skin yet to find nothing in inventory for multiplayer as well as black Bess skin.. I just contacted ea support and spoke with them about it they said they would email someone... Interested to see if u ever got any answers or if u now have the skins

I also had the issue that i missed a Skin from the Campaign. Not everything, just one!
But with the last Winter Update it was available for me.
Just to know, have you checked the Weapon Skin in your Soldier Loadout(In-game) and the Vehicle Skin in your Vehicle Costumize screen (In-game)???
Because the Skins from the Campaign will not show up in your Inventory in the Main Menue! You just see them In-game.
