The language is usually automatic depending on where the code was purchased. You may want to contact Electronic Arts Technical Support here to see what they can do for you: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
1) Click on the game you're having trouble with (If you can't see it, use the search bar)
2) Select a topic for the best results.
3) Scroll to the bottom and select 'Contact Us'.
4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
5) Select 'live chat' or 'call me' to request a callback from an EA games adviser.
