From the main screen go to mulitplayer, then to server browser, and click R3 to open the server browser filter and check all new maps and game modes from the expansion packs or you won't find any games from the expansion packs.
When in the Server Browser make sure to select the Close Quarters maps (Ziba Tower, Donya Fortress, Operation 925, Scrapmetal). Uncheck all the options under Players and Mode. Set Preset to Normal, Ranked to Yes and Region to Europe (if that's where you are located). Alternatively you can try loading a game through Quick Match and again just try selecting one of the Close Quarters maps.

I think that may be a big part of your problem. Try selecting all player counts and see if that helps.
