Nope that is not it. Did what you said, still same thing. And it is not a exe-issue that is assigned like that, the only Icons with that logo is EA-games. No problem anywhere else and there are loads of exe-files on the computer..

Weird thing though is that even if i manually try to change the Icon (right click, change Icon) it appears the II symbol and not the one i see in default.
