Phantom Bow would simply be too overpowered if this wasn't the way it is right now. Think about it - someone killing you far away with just a single bow! You wouldn't even have a chance to react.

im not saying far away should be a one hit kill, im not that stupid, im saying at 2 ft only brings the player down to 15% at 100% damage? really come one now
