That was my original thought and I checked it. RAM was at 98% but nothing was running in the processes taking up that kind of memory. Still looking for a solution to this.
EDIT* Just tried again after resetting. Started a game, ran great for 5 minutes and turned into a laggy mess. Quit and RAM back at 97% right now.... Jesus DICE / EA wth is going on here????

Core i7 950 @ 3.06 Ghz
12 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz RAM
Radeon HD 6970 GPUGame is installed on a SSD.

Latest drivers and bios/firmware for all devices
Smooth 65+ fps at medium and after some time
95%+ memory load.
