No you are not permanently banned but you are temporary banned you would have received an email about your ban check your spam mail to this is not aloud and you know why and i think you got a 72 hour ban this is the typical ban time for this also if you what to delete an emblem in future just press delete emblem in bottom of the cooler changer you will see a little icon that says delete emblem that is all also this is a short term ban which is not subjected to appeal so you will have to sit it out if it is not 72 hours but some really big ban then do every step in this page to do something about your ban as we here in Answer HQ can not do nothing about banned accounts sorry go here https://help.ea.com/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts
