You'll need to contact a Game Advisor, and after they prove that you are the owner of both accounts they can assist you with linking your Xbox profile to a new origin account.

The call back feature available to North America, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Switzerland, and the UK.
