Re: I am not able to purchase gun even though I have appropriate rank and war bonds.

@LostCruz You start at rank zero for each class, so you need to play for a bit before geting the first-tier items.

On the class customize menu in the top left you'll see a bar with your current class rank and your next rank. As long as the left hand number matches your desired class unlock it should be available.

That said, we have had some reports of this not working properly, so if you have this issue some screenshots of it would be very helpful.

I think in most cases you can just wait/keep playing and it should unlock in time, but I'd like to gather more info if possible.

I just became rank 2 support and only now I'm able to unlock rank 1 weapons, and that's only in the game, the companion doesn't let me buy anything not rank 0 so something is definitely amiss. See my screenshot from the companion.

@LostCruz That's great, a perfect example.

So on your in-game customize menu are you still unable to buy some of the Tier 2 Support weapons? Even if they appear to be still locked can you try the purchase?

The Companion does have a few issues (some items are missing,it can reset loadouts) as well as the desync. Thanks for the extra info.

I'll try in game again. It seems I'm able to buy rank 1 weapons in the companion after all, but not rank 2. See the screens. The weapon select view in the companion is still the same as in my previous reply. The rank 1 weapons just display bullets and a 1, not the war bond price.

I feel this is some sort of off by one error :P

@EA_David Turns out that the problem might be in displaying my rank, both in game, online as in the companion. While the game told me I was already rank 1 medic, at a certain time I got a notification saying I just was promoted to rank 1 medic. The same might hold for my support rank. So the bug might not be in the weapon unlocks, but in the rank display.

Thanks, you're not the only ones to report some discrepancies in how rank/progress is displayed.

Unfortunately that's not in my power, but I can't fault you for asking. 🙂

The next time you get a Battlepack we can pretend I tweaked the RNG from here for you.
