Re: Logging In Is Impossible

I guess my frustration currently is how an IP address can identify me? My console has changed (upgraded), my address has changed (bought a house), I bet my ISP even changed, but I've been with Comcast off and on address changes for awhile. 

And then they won't specifically say if they want IPv4, IPv6, or if they want it from my Xbox or my phone. So far, the processes outlined online have been rough, and then the chat support is somehow even less helpful. I'm shocked there's not a check with the Xbox/Microsoft account.
