@EA_Atic I get occasional CPU spikes on about 4 of my 8 cores to ~80%, but other than that my CPU is running at ~35% and my GPU is running at ~50%. The CPU spikes only occur every few minutes, likely just loading something.

Are you running DX 11 or 12 and I assume nothing is overheating - it sounds like Battlefield 1 is not utilizing your PC for some reason. @OptionalAura
Have you tried to clean boot to see any programs messing with BF1.
