Hey @Randomness21717, you don´t automatically get these unlocks, you have to claim your rewards in BF4 by using Battlelog.

This was always the usual way in community missions.
If you haven´t done that, you won´t get the dogtag and weapon skin.
I just don´t understand that Bioware thing 🤔

I just checked the link and it says that there are no active community missions. The only new thing on there was two gold battlepacks. And yes, I did contact support that way. Can I only unlock it by going on my PS4 and opening battlelog in game?
Also to clarify about the Bioware thing. She said that her support team didn't have the ability to grant mission rewards. She said that they were very restricted in what they were able to grant so she said that I'd have to go higher up to actually get the rewards.
@Randomness21717, of course you don´t see any community mission there, it is over.
Active missions can be tracked there to redeem the prizes.
Same with Battlelog PS4 ingame, you can also track missions and claim rewards there.
So right now there´s nothing you can do to claim your reward, you simply missed it. Sorry ☹️
I just didn´t know that Bioware and Battlefield were somehow connected 🤔
