Basically you can get 100 safe Scraps each day (all 24 hours) 50 for the first Match, 25 for the first Win, 25 for being in the Highlights for the first time.
Byside that, just focus on playing the Objective! Cause playing good, and making many XP does give you more XP for the next Battlepack you earn. And the Reward from the Battlepack you can sell for Scraps, if you don't wanna keep that reward you get.
Tip: If you wanna check and maybe sell some of the Skins you have, go to > Main menu > Battlepack > then use the Tab "Inventory"!
A big Help at the moment is the Road2BattlefielV!
Currently there are some Missions live in BF1, which you can see in the Main menu or through the left side Tab in the menu.
You can do them when available, and some of the Reward can be sold for Scraps then.
And also don't miss the "Daily Tasks"!!!!! (all 24 hours during Road2BattlefielV)
Daily Tasks are things to do like:
> Revive 1 Teammate
100 Scraps
> Score 2000XP
200 Scraps
> Heal 15 Teammates
300 Scraps
So, that is currently a fast way. 😉
