I spent time with EA they gave me the following steps, since applying these steps my game is working fine. Just be aware this will cause Origin to re-validate the game files, so took about 30 mins to complete. It will do all games you have from EA since they share the same files. You need to make sure all Origin services are stopped.
- Please click on the Origin menu on the top left of Origin window and select Exit option.
2. Please hold down the Windows Key and press R. (This will open the Run dialogue.)
3. Type %ProgramData% and press enter to open ProgramData folder.
4. Delete Origin folder from this ProgramData folder.
5. Type %AppData% and press enter to open Appdata folder.
6. Delete Origin folder from the Roaming and Local folders.
