If you are from Asia, this problem cannot be solved.

You can only keep asking the server provider to block your IP address for you, Because this is a malicious IP traffic attack, you can only confirm and block and you cannot do more.

This is the Battlelog itself on birth defects, No one can change it, Unless EA makes the change himself.
