then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".

Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic

When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA

The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top left corner:

Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.

Try following these steps:
1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ -- do not use a mobile device to contact us2. Select your country from the upper left corner. If it isn't listed, try US or UK3. Select Game, click Next4. Select Platform, click Next5. Select Topic and Issue and give a description, click Next6. Select the method in which you want to contact us7. Some contact options might not be available depending on the time at which you place your requestDoesn't work? Select another game, topic or issue. You can also press F5 to reload the page or try another browser. Unable to login on your account?
