Receiving of the password reset mail

Hi there,

After a one week holiday I wanted to play BF 3 again but I was asked to type in the password. So I did it.


Yeah after that origin told me the email or password were wrong.

So I tried to reset it with the reset function - but even after a week I did not receive any mail, neither in the incoming mail archive nor in the junk folder.

I even tried to call the support but after a 30 min wait a hung up.

So EA what should I do to play BF3 again?

    Two options: One you can try to do a password reset somewhere else, origin, battlelog, easports.com. Or you can contact support and see what they could do to get you fixed up. My experience with them on the phone has always been positive.

    Hi eisinger,

    I dont know as I dont work there, but my guess would be that it is on a server just like anything else and servers have issues. Its just the nature of the beast. 

    In my contacts with support, they can generally help you out with stuff such as this though.
