RESET CONSOLE
1.Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
2.Select Settings.
3.Select All Settings.
4.Select System.
5.Select Console info & updates.
6.Select Reset console(keeping games and apps ).

I was just curious why would I have to use a different gamertag?
If I use a different gamertag doesn't that make it so I lose all my progress all my medals that I've been working super hard to achieve in the game?
