Try these two things on your Xbox One:
Go to Settings> Disc and Blu-ray> Persistent Storage> Clear that out
Then try going to Settings> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate Mac Address> clear that out> then restart the console.
If that doesn't help, try clearing the Xbox One's system cache by following these steps:
1) Un-install the game
2) Turn off console for 3 minutes (Unplug everything as well)
3) Plug the console back in and turn it on
4) Connect back to Xbox Live
5) Installing the game again (before installation it asks to update)
Note: Do not start the game at all while it's updating or downloading.
Have tried all of that still to no avail. It worked for about an hour after I reinstalled it and then the same problem occured
- ragnarok0136 years agoHero+@relaxreality Have you tried a hard reset of your console by holding the power button until it shuts down? This will clear the console's cache in case there's any corruption in the cache after the update.
