Texture issue

This issue ONLY appears inside buildings and under water:

Wherever lighting is, black flickering squares appear.

I have tryed fixing it by turning all graphic settings on low.

Restarting game.

Moving it from my SSD to HDD (Reinstalling).

Tryed both AMD 13.11 beta v7 and v8 drivers.

My specs are:

Motherboard: MSI Z77A-GD65

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K 3.5GHz 8MB LGA1155

GPU: SAPPHIRE HD 7970 3GB Vapor-X Edition (11197-12-40G)

RAM: Corsair 8 GB DDR3-2133 Kit

What COULD be the cause of my problem?

Had the same "colourfull blinking/flickering squares" in campain. Latest update to my graphic driver solved the problem to me.

As I stated, GPU is not the issue. It's a fairly new one and it's fully updated.

Give it a try... I tried it and now the flashing things disappeard...

If you have an possibility you can try use win 8 and see if it helps🙂

We do not advise any modification to CPU or GPU voltages.

It may be worthwhile trying the newset AMD Catalyst 13.11 Beta 9.2 drivers: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/latest-catalyst-windows-beta.aspx

Hi,
I'm glad to see someone else with this issue!
I have 290X is CFX - using drivers 13.11 Beta 8 OR 9.2 - both the same.
Almost exactly the same problem. Black flickering squares indeed. Windows 8.1
