It may be worthwhile trying the newset AMD Catalyst 13.11 Beta 9.2 drivers: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/latest-catalyst-windows-beta.aspx
Beta 9.2 driver didn't help sadly. Still the same black squares issue.
It appears only in buildings and under water. And MOSTLY in campaign mode.
In multiplayer under water I have no black squares at all, and in buildings
it's a minor issue/thing.
