"The War to End All Wars" achievement did not open.

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug "The War to End All Wars" achievement does not open after completing the campaign on hard difficulty.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the campaign on hard difficulty.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't complete all achievements.
Please select your region Europe
In what game mode did the bug occur? Single Player Campaign
In what Single Player War Story did the bug occur? Nothing is Written
AMD or Nvidia Model Number Nvidia GT645M
Enter RAM memory size in GB 8 GB

 I have completed the campaign on hard difficulty but "The War to End All Wars" achievement didn't open. I have tried all things to open it like playing it again on hard, playing again the Prologue and Credits... still I couldn't find any solution.

    Try check the completed missions, maybe you complete mission on easy or normal.

    The "The War to End All Wars" achievement is got by beating all challenges and stories in hard mode the main reason you may not have this is because you may have missed 1 mission and you can check what missions you haunt completed in hard mode by hovering over them in the selection menu so just go through and see if u haunt competed it

    Make sure you have completed every single mission on "Hard" for this assignment.

    The system interface is confusing for that too, I thought i was doing it on easy and I was on hard and it unlocked at the end, There should be a small indicator under every mission, one would be darker than other 2 since it's not done

    Sadly I still have this problem and I replayed on Hard twice now.  I watched every cinematic scene start to finish without skipping anything too...  Bummer.

    I'm on PC just like the original poster on this thread.

    I also have this problem. I assume the achievement flag is set once on your save and never procs again. I completed the campaign on Hard when ea play had a free month or something, and then when I bought the game on Steam I still had my save and I didn't get the achievements. I believe I can just erase my single player save and do it again without effecting my multiplayer profile, but I can't be bothered yet after doing it more than twice.
