For a game that I've got for like 5 dollars I don't want to pay 20 dollars more to play the "Compatible" version

I don't think there would be a port of the Xbox 360 game as there's the Xbox One version already.
Probably the easiest thing to do is to look for a copy of the Xbox One version. There were some on Amazon UK that seemed reasonable when I looked just now (there were new and second hand listings), so I imagine they or other retailers may offer it in your country too.
So is BF hardline getting its xbox 360 port for Xbox one/series or not ?
