There are no servers all of a sudden??????

Hello, my name is Alejandro and I'm from Chile.

I've been playing BF4 on PC for months and always on Brazilian servers. Today I wanted to play and in the menu there were no Brazilian servers at all, however there were US servers but it is not that good for me to play on those servers because of ping and lag...

Have they banned me or they shut down all of a sudden? LOL

Hello albolocxra283,

Battlefield 4 servers are rented and run by fellow players, EA does not operate servers on Battlefield 4. Since the servers are run by players, then most likely they have stopped renting the servers. Additionally, even if you were banned the server would show up in the server browser.

After an Internet service outage in Brazil tonight it seems the South American servers are not reporting in to the Battlefield back-end systems... they may need some kind of restart.. That's all I know right now. /Mike
