Troubles accessing EA (BF4/BF3) from China?

Hello everyone! 

I'm having trouble accessing any EA website, including Battlelog (BF4/BF3), help.ea.com and others. Currently sitting here through VPN. 

So, without VPN i can't seem to be able to access EA websites. On Battlelog, i can access main Battlelog page, but when i click "Login", it just fails to open page and browser says "No answer from access.ea.com" and etc. Same thing goes with Origin too - upon starting it fails to log in automatically, and says that "Online login unavailable" (Or something like this, it just fails to get online).  

This kind of problem started like 2 months ago, since i moved in to China. I am wondering, was EA banned in China? Because i was there like 2 years ago, and was playing BF just fine. 

Also, what connection settings should i check? I have IPv4 enabled, but IPv6 is disabled on my PC. Sorry, but really missing BF4, and now that it got autumn update, i want to play it even more :c
