Have you tried alternate DNS settings yet? If not, please follow the instructions here.

Thanks for trying. Something else to check is your router's firmware. Make sure it's up to date. Also, UPnP should be enabled. If both of those are fine, take a look at the troubleshooting suggestions here.
You could try contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues with your connection. You're also welcome to open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here. Unfortunately, I'm out of other ideas that may possibly resolve this.
