User Name in Multilayer

I have had this issue when the game first came out. In "Multilayer" when I'm killed, or when I take someone out, it always reads as follows; (unverified)Ranger_Vet. I called EA, and they had no idea...

    Hi,

    gamesettings.ini is in "your Documents"\BFBC2

    you can fill the Tag in here or you will have to logout of the mp in game (not exit the game) 

    When you log back in, you will get teh clan tag option when choosing/creating your soldier. 

    When you remove the tag later (play a few games) it should say invalid no more. It worked

    for me the last time I tried.

    You probably need to do it again once you reinstalled the game though.

Wow, I remember looking in "Documents" last night and didn't see it at all. But when I looked once again, there it was. Thank you very much for your help.
