War Bonds lost

@0_MORGOTH_0 Hi, we have some reports of progress being lost since the patch, but this just a visual glitch and normally refers to ranks being reset.

If you start up a game do you have all your previous ranks? Can you see the proper War Bond balance if you try make a purchase from within the a match?

Hi, I've lost all of mine too. It's not visual bug though, can't buy anything as it says I don't have sufficient funds to do so. I'm playing on PC.

@misiumen Hmm, I can see 160 war bonds on your account, a lot of purchases are 200 so perhaps that's why you couldn't purchase. Can you try checking the balance again after you level next?

I've lost over 600 bonds I think. I unlocked 3 weapons and I did get bonds for 10 level ups. Now I have bonds only for the last levelup I got.

Hi, are you saying you've bought 3 items total with 10 levels' worth of warbonds? Or -just to be 100% certain- did you buy 3 weapons and find your balance at zero, down from 600?

If the former, can you double check your weapons list in case anyone accessed your system and bought anything, in case that's possible?

Unfortunately we don't have a way to grant warbonds, and they should be very resistant to disappearing, so I'm reluctant to refer you to support for now. 

I'm not sure how to describe it really. I just had more war bonds than it's currently showing. After leveling 10+ times I should have 1000+ war bonds, while I only spent around 600 I found my balance at 0. As I've seen on the forums lately I'm not the only one that it happened to.

Aye, if it is happening it's definitely something we want to be aware of.

I wonder, can you take a look through all of your weapons, gadgets and vehicle unlocks, and see what's been bought. Be sure to check melee weapons, I know they can be a good place to spend bonds.

The base weapons and items can be ignored, you get these free, as well as any promotional/bonus items you have.  

Base Weapons: MP18 trencj, Cei-Rigotti Factory, SMLE MKIII Marksman, Lewis Gun Low Weight.

M1911, Combat knife, Club, Shovel.

Base Gadgets:

Ammo Pouch, Repair Tool, Mortar - AIR,

K Bullets, Flare Gun - Spot, Tripwire Bomb -HE,

Medical Syringe, Bandage Pouch, Rifle Grenade -FRG,

Anti-Tank Grenade, AT Rocket gun, Dynamite

With this info we should be able to figure out how much was spent. War bond earnings are at a set rate, so it should be possible to figure out how much you should have remaining.

So I spent 800 war bonds while I levelled up to level 11 so it should give me about 1200 war bonds. So I'm missing couple hundred.

@misiumen Hi I had your account checked and apparently more items were bought than this. Grenades, gadgets and pistols also have a War Bond cost, factoring these in apparently your balance is correct. 

That's weird I don't recall buying anything except from these weapons I mentioned. Nevermind then, if you checked my account and it seems okay then it's settled. Thanks for your time and patience.
