You should talk to EA support, they should be able to assist you with the issue.

JUST got off with Piyush on EA Support Chat, and I'm told that if you are stuck on wrong language and can't download, as the EA support person to "...need to say check my Entitlement and rest we will do"
I'm in, and on a server!!!
