Community Admin@2-POINT-UHOH Huh, that is odd to be honest, I never encounter this. Can you try a different browser? If you try swapping to Windowed or Fullscreen Windowed do you see the same issue?
Do you use a VOIP/chat program and does this shut down too?

yup, Teamspeak shuts down as well. everything except procon shuts down ...
doesnt matter which browser I use. probly a microsoft thing idk ...

If so then we'll have the slightly contrary step of turning everything off, then some things back on.
Try restarting with a Clean Boot, then start up your browser/procon/voip, then attempt to launch again.

Community AdminIf you haven't done so recently, you probably want to run a malware scan, since things aren't running as they should.
You might also want to consider running the System File Checker, just to be sure that Windows is working ok.
