What happened with BF1 shock operation?

After the update had a hard time getting on bf. Now on 30th of Jun I find some player were able to play and managed to get the shock OP dog tag on. Did anyone have issues on the ps4? Because I've loo...

    @masterRider2000,

    Shock Ops are permanently added to the game.

    Hopefully some of those troubleshooting steps will clear up the issue for you, and you're able to play.

I just got back from vacation and I'm a little lost with the shock ops.. what is it and what di I need to do to get the dog tag.  I have a PS4 console. A reply @ElyJr1956  on my ps4 will be much easier for me to get and read this response.. thank you

Shock operations are 5 singel map missions your team must win in order to get the dog tag.
