When i press Crouch button, soldier throws gadget 3 (medicpack or whatever)

Hi, my friend has a problem -When he press Crouch button, soldier throws gadget 3 (medicpack or whatever)I tried to reset keyboard software it seems it doesnt help.

Could you please tell us what kind of keyboard and mouse you are using and have you any kind of mouse/keyboard or profiler driver software (like xpadder) installed on your machine?
