"You are already running another Battlelog game, please exit this game first"

Question

I played this game without problems a few hours ago, now it suddenly says "You are already running another Battlelog game, please exit this game first" and I cannot start the game

I am running normal maps

I looked in taskmanager but there is no bf4 executable to stop

I have tried restarting

I have looked for answers but none is a solution for me

does this happen because I am already logged in somewhere?, can you just stop my session manually?

please answer asap.

When I get the Red Bar error that I am already running a game, I usually just sign out of Battlelog and sign back in, and then it allows me to load into another server.
