HE HECHO DE TODO, DESDE INSTALAR NUEVAMENTE EL SISTEMA OPERATIVO, DESINSTALE EL JUEGO Y LO VOLVÍ A INSTALAR, QUITE Y VOLVÍ A PONER PUNBUSTER, LE DI ENTRADA Y SALIDA DESDE FIREWALL AVANZADO, APAGUE EL FIREWALL Y AUN ASÍ NO PUEDO JUGAR BATTLEFIELD 4 BIEN DESDE HACE 1 MES QUE SOLUCIÓN ME FALTA PARA PODER JUGAR BIEN YA QUE POR LO QUE HE VISTO EN LOS FOROS NO HAY MAS PROCEDIMIENTOS.

No hace falta escribir en mayuscula, ya que esta considerado como un "Grito", por otro lado podrias indicarme ¿Que dice el mensaje cuando te saca del servidor?
Ve a Inicio - Ejecutar o (Tecla Win + R) y escribe el comando:
Services.msc
Ahora localiza los servicios y reinicialos
Luego ejecuta el Setup del punkbuster y dale clic en "Test" y me dices si todo te sale como OK

Con los cambios en AHQ ahora he visto que faltaba el manual de Punkbuster, ya está añadido con las excepciones, si quieres puedes revisarlo aquí.

Muy bien esto es lo que paso, segui todo el procedimiento que me enviaste y desafortunadamente no funciono me arroja la siguiente informacion:

Vuelve a instalar el Punkbuster, en el mismo enlace que te puse tienes como hacerlo. Ese error que te da es porque le falla algún archivo ahora.
