Battlefield 4 stuck on loading screen

Hi i am having issues with Battlefield 4.

When i start this game it starts really slow and it gets stuck on the loading screen with the white stripes in the right corner.

I have tried multiple possible solutions, however none worked.

This is the list of what i have tried:

Reinstalled BF4 & Origin

Starting BF4 & Origin with administrator rights

Starting with a clean boot

Reinstalling video drivers

Deleting the Battlefield 4 folder in my documents

Creating a new Administrator user and starting it via that user

The only successful way to start this game, is to start my computer in safe mode... 

Does anybody have any other possible solutions? I am willing to retry any solutions i may already have done.
