Ea telling me i have no access

when i try to launch Battlefielld 2042 and Battlefield V it says i dont have acces and if i downloaded the games on another account who owns the game wich is not the case because this is my only acco...

    Even een vraagje; hoe bezit je beide spellen precies? Is dit via losstaande aankopen, of via EA Play via Xbox of EA Play Pro?
