Major lag spikes

So i got major lag spikes when playing battlefield 2042, started happening few days ago.

Tried reinstalling the game.

Moved it to a other disk drive.

Cleared the Cache file.

Installed new GPU drivers

removed and  reinstalled the anticheat.

changed all the settings in the game, nothing helps.

FPS stays the same, the game just randomly freezes.

anyone a idea?
