Switching magazines !!

Please Dice , The current system is outdated . Change this like Ready or Not or Insurgency Sandstorm . When you switch mags you keep  your half full or almost empty mags , or you can trow them away . This makes firefights more tactical and less run and gun. Please change this !!!!
